  Actually there was no option to give a zero star rating! I was messed around by this company a few years ago but have given them the benefit of doubt...i made an order in April... there has been zero contact from this company and i have had to chase my order. I was given an absolute promise by the manager himself that my order would be fulfilled yesterday...not even a phone call. Absolutely shocking service at its worst! I run my own small business and am grateful to learn from them as i would never ever treat my customers in this manner! Very very annoyed!
